Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, you'll be automatically enrolled in the plan you selected unless you cancel. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends so you can make any changes.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all annual plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel at any time.
